- Do I need to be technical?
- No. I explain everything in plain language, and everything is set up in accounts in your name so your team can run it without me.
- Is it safe to message customers on WhatsApp automatically?
- It is if it is done carefully. I set automations to message only customers who have opted in, to use WhatsApp's approved message templates and to stay within sensible hours, so your number is not put at risk.
- Which AI tools do you use?
- It depends on the job and I choose the simplest tool that works. I tell you what each one costs to run before you commit, because a tool that saves a few hours but costs more than they are worth is not a good idea.
- Do you work with businesses outside Mumbai?
- Yes. I am based in Mumbai and work with businesses across India and abroad by call, WhatsApp and email.
