- Yes. We connect a payment link or gateway such as Razorpay, and every payment is recorded against the right student so you are not reconciling by hand.
- Will this replace our WhatsApp groups?
- It works alongside them. Messages still reach parents on WhatsApp, but they go to the right batch automatically instead of being typed by a coach.
- We have several centres. Can it handle that?
- Yes. Batches, coaches and fees can be set up per centre, with one view of the whole academy.
- How long does it take?
- A website takes about ten days to four weeks depending on its size. Automations such as fee reminders or online registration take about a week each.
- Do you work outside Mumbai?
- Yes. We are based in Mumbai and work with academies across India by call, WhatsApp and email.
